Hi, I’m Christopher—yes, just Christopher. I blend 14+ years in operations (including a decade in commercial banking) with hands-on experience in creative agencies and a Southern California house of brands. I build the systems that let creatives do their best work, turning fuzzy goals into clear roadmaps, smooth workflows, and on-time launches.

I translate business goals into project plans and milestones so teams know what “great” looks like—and when it’s due.

 

Design the workflow. Remove the friction.
I architect end-to-end creative operations: intake and briefing, resourcing, timelines, approvals, QA, and delivery. Bottlenecks get spotted early and solved fast.

 

Build trust across functions.
I’m the connective tissue between Creative, Marketing, Production, and stakeholders, facilitating decisions, aligning priorities, and keeping momentum.
